Today on Blockchain interviews, we speak with Mark Homeier CEO of Maxonrow Blockchain. Maxonrow is the first network in the world that will connect societies, governments and businesses with the real economy through blockchain technology. Here are some of the questions we dive into about Maxonrow: Does the Maxonrow blockchain compete directly with major blockchain networks like Ethereum, and whats the unique value proposition of Maxonrows blockchain?

What other Services does Maxonrow offer like wallets, exchanges, and other products?

How much time was put in Maxonrow development and is it released already in the market?

What is the purpose of the meetups and who are you looking to attract?

What is the business model behind Maxonrow?

Is the development done after the release? What is the upcoming roadmap and the milestones for Maxonrow in 2019.

Key takeaways
  • Maxonrow integrates KYC and AML verification directly into its blockchain protocol to enable compliant high-value transactions and real economy asset tokenization.
  • The platform targets both utility and security tokens, with security token functionality planned for future releases to support real estate and equity applications.
  • Maxonrow uses modular architecture and simplified token issuance tools to reduce technical complexity compared to Ethereum, aiming for broader non-technical user adoption.
  • The foundation is privately funded through donations rather than ICO or STO, with the company planning long-term revenue from platform services as digital asset adoption grows.
  • Development began approximately one year before the interview, with the core mainchain and wallet scheduled for July release alongside their STK token.

I'm Ashlyn Addison from event chain for investmentpitch media and FinTech news network and today on blockchain interviews we have mark homie a CEO of Maxon row mark welcome to the show it's a pleasure to have you on today thanks you're very welcome I'd love to learn a little bit more about Max & ro first of all in your words what is the purpose of the max

Android project and how does it involve blockchain technology okay so the purpose behind Max and Rho was to provide faster better alternative for token issuers and it's one that has kyc KML verification built right into the system so in the beginning of kind of projects coming out with in blockchain space there was a lot of advancements in

mixing or intentionally obscuring the source of the ones and on our team we said hey what about the people who actually want to know what the user who the users are or at least want to know that the users have gone through some sort of identity verification and because we believe that's the type of system that's better for high-value transactions and very interesting and

now although you have a kyc which is unique compared to most block chains as a transaction network does max and row so to say compete directly with something like the etherium blockchain you know exactly saying we compete with the area but we definitely would appeal to a lot of products that have launched on a period because you do have the advantage of having kyc verification on

the chain it also has faster or it's new generation technology so it's more scalable as faster we're actually built on at endermans consensus engine so that is going to have a lot of basically good compatibility for future chains and there's it's it's it's new you know if they're ian is a pretty you know it was one of the forerunners and so yeah we're

not really directly competing with aetherium there's a lot of differences but definitely would appeal to a lot of the projects that monetary mmm-hmm interesting and how much time has been put so far into the development of Maxine row and where are you guys at in the stage in the market so you know the idea was kicked around a long time ago what you know it really wasn't

possible without some of the new develop forms of cells I think really about a year a little less than a year of kind of really working on getting a solution out there and the maintain we call it our core the main chain of wallet to go going on with that and STK to use that is going to come out in July so we're pretty excited it's coming up really

really soon so best of luck with that now is you have this kyc platform integrated into the core protocol of the blockchain it seems are there other services besides kyc that are also added into this blockchain Network you know services what services you can utilize from watching kyc we think was that really everyone who should go through be able to transact items in

value across different users and really we would have the ability to build more on top of the chain as we go we're kind of waiting waiting to see how the market reacts and we'll actually have new features come out as we develop the main chain and astronomical users it's interesting and do you do you foresee any challenges with having kyc on a blockchain do you see it as you know a

mandatory kyc maybe people that are in the blockchain industry for the nature of its anonymity and pseudonymity and how it's been with aetherium a Bitcoin that they may be opposed to having kyc on the blockchain sure there's a lot of reasons for some industries or some people do not want to have their identity and the history of their transactions that's why aren't

using anonymizing protocols but then really watching is at a stage where it's either mass adoption and were just me and we believe that for mass adoption for putting real estate I'm watching for putting equity over a lot of the things that are going to start migrating into this space it's essential to have

identity now he wanted to be secreteatory and don't want it to be known you don't want to have pure transparency what you really do want to make sure that everybody in here ecosystem that at some point has been identified in it if there was a legal activities happening you could actually pin them down to the person or business and that's really what started our idea

and that's where we're going to focus on when we develop good point and another thing that comes to mind when people hear kyc is this shift in the blockchain industry from utility tokens to security tokens now does max and ro have the ability to have both utility and security tokens on it or how does that work yeah so I think that's amazing just because you know the industry is so

broad and watching is it has such broad implications to actually applying it to real business yes we can do I did a utility token right away and we are working towards having all the functionalities that security tokens need actually built into the chain as well future releases and that's going to be on earth future is you know it's it's utility tokens obviously the thing that

is going to drive adoption in the short term but really securities and having other types of assets connected and the ownership of those assets on the chain is what's good a fuel the long term relative long term mm-hm very interesting now is reading through your website and I saw the max and Rho global meetups what are these world meetups for and who

are you looking to attract to these meetups so the meetups are to build the community you know I the best things about lon chaney is the community building around it and the meeting those are for people who maybe they're considering doing a token project and they don't understand maybe they're people that are already in other different types of tokens where they

already own some and they want to expand so it's really about learning more about walking and of course how are of course it's selfish as our meetup so they're more about how to use an accent relah to issue tokens and how to go system mm-hmm interesting so you're looking for more developers to develop decentralized applications on Macs and ro you know

what does the developer ecosystem look like if you're looking for real estate applications or micro financing and things like this really nobody can use applications unless there is a strong development community that's built gaps on top of Mac's in row right so that's when we build the platform we're actually building it with modules and so

originally you know it's more of a utility to it over time we're building more modules at the developers themselves can you don't utilize in their platforms and really we're trying to make it much more user friendly right now if you want to issue a token on aetherium you really do need to have some technical background you really need to ask technical knowledge about it

to it if security challenges of getting your smart contracts right we want to take it down a level in terms of complexity and we're just huge capitalists in the token space in other would be in other words like Catholic capitals mortgage to just peel out to grow and we want everybody to be able to issue their tokens on our network with that added safety that you know people

of all the answers have gone through some sort of a verification mm-hmm very interesting and now did you guys release a max in row utility token or security token and did you have an offering for that and how did you build up the cap for the foundation uh you know Foundation itself is privately funded and it's for donations from different interested parties we haven't done the

ICAO and we don't find it doing an sto or any other future but we are selves on it and we have you know the funny thing was as soon as you attached identity to coins we found that there was just a tremendous amount of interest so much so that we really kind of have to turn people away from getting involved more than we have to look that's really

interesting and now what is the business model or how is the company gonna grow and sustain itself moving forward is there like a software-as-a-service application based revenue model to it or does the KYC have some cost to it how is the company going to drive revenues so in terms of future revenue growth we are going to have new generators and the real thing is you know digital assets

securities people are really talking about these and some people are getting into it a little bit there's there's a lot of what I call initial interest in the industry but those are not so easy those platforms are and so we're focusing on you know two or three years down bro when people want to list their houses on blockchain network when people want to sell their commercial property

when people want to issue securities that actually our platform is one of the friendliest and easiest to use and we're enabling the agents and the different v2b platforms to actually be issued on our token platform as well that's good to have a long term approach now you've missed you mentioned the main net is coming out in July here which is one month away what does that mean for the

end users what it's gonna happen you know with Max and ro as the main that comes out the main net releases with the wallet in the SDK and we get to have people start transacting it at people can hold the tokens in it they go through k2 I see before they do that of course and then really we already have about I want to say five to ten projects that are going

to just do based on the mxw platform at Bayonet so we're going to it with those vials we're going to basically listen to the users in terms of how we put in new functions in the future but it is it is more of a platform ideas and it kind of it we didn't you know take away a little bit on the flexibility with the emphasis on the ease of use for the businesses

that want to issue on there in other words you'll be able to issue your tokens for yourself but it later may it may you know we'll have to enhance the ability to put functions into that launch process over time so and is that what your development teams focus will be in the next six months after the launch yeah yeah it's really just once you've got people using this once the

businesses are sorry issue their tokens on your network then you get a lot of and user feedback and we have our product team in place to really take what people are meeting and build that into modules and we're both on tenorman with some of the Kosmos we actually used some modules to build some of our tech and so it's a little bit on land that we're is you can make modules and people

can actually and use those modules rather than completely open smart contract language so we believe that's a good development for me to be user or for a person that wants to issue on their existing business box or business yeah that sounds a lot more user-friendly and that will of course help with adoption yeah ya know so now what do you foresee as the challenges or

the most challenging thing after you launch the main net in terms of growing the business you know I think a lot of our businesses are looking for users right away we actually have a lot of users and we have a lot of interest the biggest thing is the regulatory spoke of this you know regulation is built for centralized nationalist kind of idea each region has

their own way of dealing with the different regulations across the world and that regulatory landscape is probably the biggest challenge for us because we want to I see AML compliant we want that to be automated we don't want to have any you know illegal activities done with our technology and yet we want to be threatening for businesses to use you know having the

beam that blockchains in essence our global we instantly have the challenge of you know making sure we're complying with all those regulate the region's it's an interesting twist now are you guys looking for more investors team members or just users and how can they find out more about maximum not really investors at all but definitely team members you know what we have some very

ambitious plans for digital assets and securities platforms the building and a really big team here in yeah we have a TV type a you know we're even looking into your building and other types of talent is that is probably the biggest challenge beyond regulation is really just talent it's having people work work on the protocols themselves and we just

really hope lock chain in general just gets a lot more software engineers involved a lot more businesses involved so that entire ecosystem can grow because whenever any in any interest habits of the industry it's been for the rest of us great and how can they find out more about the project so mxw official on Telegraph MX w dot one for the web and I'm sure they're just you know search

maximum profit awesome I'll leave the links to that in the description box below that's all the time we have but it's been a pleasure speaking to you mark and all the best on the main net launch Maxon row and moving forward so thank you so much for your time thanks a lot Aston's but my pleasure that night we can do it again soon
