0:23what your team is working on so let's kick it off from the top Asher I'd love to hear a little bit about bit doctor and then we can dive into all those details okay sure uh first of all my name is aser I'm of the co-founder of bit do.ai uh I came from a long history of dealing with Enterprise grade Medical Diagnostic equipment and me myself has been investing in crypto for about 11

1:16AI doctor just need to scan your face with your mobile phone and in less than a minute we can provide our user with more than 30 different Health parameters uh with accuracy rate of uh anything in between 88 to 92% and we can detect blood pressure heart rate variability vascular capacity uh multiple non-communicable disease such as potential stroke risk heart

1:44attack risk diabetic risk fatty liver disease risk uh hemoglobin aany risk uh high cholesterol risk hypertension risk uh all this with a simple scan from your mobile phone and of course it yeah it sounds like something come Harry but uh we had a validation from Google itself uh on July Google research uh did publish an articles talking about uh uh the technology that we are doing and of

2:13course we also featured in mesari we we we we featur in Missouri for twice uh without us knowing and that give a validation and we have approximately about 125 128,000 users uh as we speak right now wow that's very cool I'd love to dive into that functionality in a bit and you mentioned their the Masari uh report I know that they're focused on dpin decentralized physical

2:38infrastructure networks and i' love to dive into that part too about how the blockchain fits in how people can contribute to the healthare system and and earn from it potentially as well and you know this is really focused on on science Innovation which is amazing that blockchain can get out of the financial industry and start helping Healthcare and help people improve their health

3:00health and their lives and there's this new narrative that's popped up around decentralized science or Desi where blockchain actually contributes to science improvements can you talk about that movement and I feel like it's early on because I haven't seen a lot about it and I feel like people need to know more on what is decentralized science and how

3:21is it different than Healthcare before blockchain okay um first of all when we start building uh this project uh there's no such narrative called uh decentralized science so we are part of we have ai in our Tech project we we are deep in infrastructure as well so when user further further cultivate our AI doctor they get to earn rewards from the DP

3:47infrastructure and uh specifically on the dze space uh we just write right on top of it and when but everything's C is talking about this side where is talking about this side Brian Armstrong have his own d project called uh uh RSC you know the the research Hub and uh I think more all the d project we are one of the only few that have actual working product and

4:13how would the d space would change the landscape is I personally think that this will be very very helpful for uh longevity research and also a lot of medicine research because previously a lot of uh clinical trial Medical research uh medicine research are actually geared towards certain narrative and uh controled by certain entity whereby the funding uh mostly

4:42goes into research that uh some entity uh I I believe I understand what I'm saying uh on what they want to be research on or maybe is favored towards uh certain people as well but uh in this world there are actually a lot of very brilliant uh scientists researchers and doctors but these are mostly the the people that are not uh being looked at

5:12not being funded uh either from family background or maybe things that they are researching are not uh gear towards uh the narrative or some uh objective of certain very large Pharmaceutical company uh but with decentralized signs uh funding can actually goes into uh Pro and c and everything right the funding

5:40can actually goes into the right people whereby they can apply for funding through a dow there's there's so many Dow out there in the d space that can fund all these people to to run a research to come up with very uh Innovative and uh huge breakthrough in certain diseases uh um so this is definitely but also there's also uh the cons on it whereby some people might not

6:07be that good but they are very good in presenting themselves and then they end up getting a huge load of funding and they did not achieve uh whatever they need supposed to achieve and that may potentially uh create uh Financial loss for for the people who invested into that particular project but like I said uh it's going to be a double Ed shot and we are at a very very infancy stage

6:31right now in the dze space and as a project ourself we hope that uh we are capturing like very accurate vitals and one of our core uh objective is to actually provide clinical trial patients to the D economy not only the d d economy but also the actual uh the clinical trial uh space whereby the recruitment of uh patient for clinical trial cost approximate 6,500 us

7:01so because our technology able to capture whals and also the DP infrastructure we we gain a huge load of user we all the user at our fingertips and we can push the user for clinical trial at a cost compared to traditional way of recruiting the patient but in summary the dze space uh is Young uh it's good thing that it open the flood gate of uh uh funding into the sence

7:28space through blockchain in a fair and transparent manner um this definitely very very young and we hope that more scientists will come into this space but the scientist will need to work with uh good people in the blockchain space or else it's going to be uh they're going to get like Swindle by by the blockchain uh people that are in the web tree space so um is it have a

7:55bright future just like defi decentralized Finance uh whereby the true OG of the this uh de decentralized Finance actually are all X Banker ex corporate Banker X investment banker these are all the very smart Financial guys that uh turned into a web 3 gen and then they want to build the whole Finance infrastructure into the blockchain space so I foresee that this

8:19the side space will be very very similar as well yeah I'm looking forward to seeing how it grows and you mentioned at the beginning that when the team started building bit doctor decentralized science wasn't really a thing it's now starting to grow and the advancements in AI have made uh a huge progression towards Healthcare as well so with that said when exactly did your team start

8:45building this and and how long does it take to build something like bit doctor where AI is actually being able to scan your face and get all those results it sounds incredible uh we started the ideations stage approximately 3 years ago whereby we have been uh playing around with multiple different technology uh originally our plan is to create a technology that allowed the T

9:14consult I mean than because of Co there's a lot of like this doctor online doctor to you Doctor on phone or whatever so that there's a lot of telec consultation industry that pop up so as a health tech company back then we wanted to find if we can create a technology to ass assist doctor to pre- diagnose their patient on the other side of the screen uh to to to diagnose

9:38something plinary uh very initially so that the doctor can actually give better consultation so uh we we research a lot a lot of different method and then at one day we realize that oh uh the same technology on your Smartwatch which is is called electronic PPG technology smart ring smartw or the red little thing that click into your finger when you go to a medical center uh those are

10:05all electronic PPG technology we realize that the electronic PPG technology can actually be built onto the front camera of the smartphone because the front camera of smartphone have the exact same sensor as the Smartwatch which is we call the CMOS sensor and the hurdle is the Smartwatch will rely on the red light blue light or green light to flash on your skin skin

10:30to reflect the information back to the CMOS sensor to capture the electronic PPG signals so we we were we were doing we were doing trial and error and we managed to build a technology uh some people call it machine learning some people call AI uh we're able to put in a filter fast enough based on the existing lightning environment it maybe Ashton lightning environment maybe my liting

10:53environment maybe deer darker maybe green blue or whatever is it at that existing lighting envir we will use the existing lighting environment and we put in a filter fast enough so that the light that reflect from the skin will be captured as the electronic PPG signals and it took us uh uh about almost one and a half year to uh perfect the technology and also went in for some

11:21basic clinical trial and Etc to make sure that the electronic PPG signals that we capture is accurate uh at 80% and above and we manag to achieve that right after we achiev that uh we decide to turn it into a web Tree project because the fastest way to we realize that if we release this technology as a SAS technology it's going to be a waste the adoption rate is going to be very

11:45slow so we realize that this technology can help a lot of people especially the underserved Community uh based on wh half of the world population have lack of basic Healthcare access right and there are a lot of people that reluctant to go to Medical Center to do a proper medical checkup so we realize this can actually helps a a lot of people so we just re we just release as a weap

12:10project and let let people use it for free and further cultivate the AI engine and also we able to capture all this Health Data for further uh clinical trial medical research providing uh this data for for for further longevity research of uh human mankind so it took us about three years in short and we start our brand uh bit doctor uh early February this year first quarter

12:37of not not this year sorry last year 2024 is 2025 now uh at 2024 first quarter we release and start to build our brand and yeah to date we we have a fair Fairly good recognization from the web tree space like Missouri report uh coin Telegraph featured us not paid not sponsored but a lot of uh people who support us as someone like you as well and and we we are very blessed that uh

13:06we gained a lot of very good traction from help from a lot of very good people so uh that that took us about three years in total from four years now yeah for four years now yeah it's everything's a a 10year overnight success but the technology that You' built sounds incredible and I appreciate the explanation on on the seamos sensors and how that works um it's crazy to

13:53the MVP uh whereby we have the basic Health Scan where our user can scan their face and get 15 different Health parameters and coming we're going to release the Advan Health Scan whereby it goes up to 30 different parameters but of course that will be a a Premium Edition so cck GPT have the premium version we still need to make money as a company but we

14:18we'll do our very best to make it as affordable as possible like maybe like two or $ three a month subscription will allow our user to subscribe for the Advan s scan to do it multiple times uh a month uh instead of just whal they get to learn about the potential risk of uh getting non-communicable disease because out of 63 million death recorded last

14:452023 half of that the death come from non-communicable disease so uh and we hope that our user get to learn that or there may be like borderline high cholesterol borderline diabetic borderline stroke borderline heart attack and they can take early preventive care a new early diagnosis save life and we all know that so uh in in maybe six weeks time my death told me

15:09six weeks I would give it nine weeks uh we will release the advanced and premium feature that allow our user to scan for multiple non-communicable disase we will also Implement uh AI agent doctor so this AI doctor will be a hyper personalized AI doctor that will read your own Health Data instead of giving you something general the ai ai doctor will read your health

15:38data and provide you with consultation how to potentially reverse certain disease at early stage maybe hey you have 30% chance of getting diabetic maybe you should take less soda so on so on you have uh this you should sleep early so on so on and so on of course if our our our warning system tell you that you have 80% chance of getting a stroke you should not be talking to my AI

16:04doctor anymore you should go to a hospital and speak to a doctor and we hope at one stage our AI doctor can book appointment for you uh and maybe even tell you hey this is the nearest medical center and this is the next appointment that we can potentially book for you of course we need to partner with the medical center uh or you can look for this doctor specifically instead of they

16:28need to Google or to find the right doctor or the right Medical Center to go so uh maybe at one stage our AI doctor can even uh book them an ambulance if needed or book them a uber hey you know what uh take it easy you have high chance of getting a stroke uh you're going to get do you need we can book your Uber right now you can you can write to this hospital we can like just

16:50settle everything for you this are very very potential and we can potentially uh at one stage if our foundation have uh sufficient funding we have potentially uh fund or subsidize that particular uh check up you know they need to do a check first right our because our technology is not like medical grade but we are we are fairly inate medical grade need to be 100% or 99% so even though

17:16you at 92% it cannot be medical G so but of course we can partially subsidize that uh uh that that checkup if it's real I mean that that's good for him and either whether uh is it as per then we would love to have a copy of that report so that we can further analyze how good is our engine as well right so uh this is things that we're going to release

17:41yeah that's really cool um I I love the fact that the AI doctors as it grows you know the current medical system the doctors are so busy they can only give you 5 minutes of their time it's hard for that amount of time to diagnose especially when you're not using AI uh in the in the office uh but to have peace of mind that hey you could talk to this AI doctor this AI agent for 5 hours

18:08if you wanted and and sort of understand more about uh what you're dealing with and then of course if there's something serious go to the real uh inperson doctor as well um and I feel like this is a great technology for those people that are not technical in the older age group you know which have more of a focus on Healthcare to see the benefits of AI and of blockchain and dpin

18:35networks and and who knows how many of these uh elderly will turn into you know deepin node holders and their earning Revenue um if they if they're really using the AI system a lot exactly so uh even our communication because uh out of the 120 over thousand user we have right now we have like 30% of them are not uh web tree native people uh we we we look we have the statistic

19:02of the age and everything there are actually people that are 45 years old and above these are the people who care about oh I I can actually measure my blood pressure for free without like carrying a home run device or or whatsoever blood blood pressure CU to travel or what so uh we have like a large number of these user that and our daily active user that are most active

19:25is actually the people that are 45 years old and above not the 19yearold like like farmer or so on you know and the Gen farmer you know but it's not our our most active user actually coming from the web to space because they really want to monitor their blood pressure before me after me and it's free and they can earn something and our communication to them is the divid

21:44company the user the user so all the user need to do is download the app register for an account and start scanning their face uh currently we allow our user to scan their face every four hours M and we give them the health result of the 15 different parameters and they will be earning our Le points in the app and the amount of leap points that they accumulate the

22:11moment after vtge one month after vtge we will uh we have we allocated 30% of our total token Supply to be distribute to all the data contributors uh and we will break this uh 30% of the supply into 36 different month so the more uh leave points that you have in in our application uh the more uh Native token that we will be add

22:39droing to you so it depends on how many user by then and uh we will like average it out to give it to all our user so of course earlier they come in the better it is and we also not only data contributor in coming future we will also uh providing uh this reward to uh medical professionals so at one stage after we release the AI doctor we will be recruiting uh doctor to actually

23:10uh join our ecosystem whereby our user right after they talk to the AI and AI doctor if it's not enough they want to speak to a real doctor so we have a list of doctor in the application that they can actually speak to them and the doctor will immediately see the the result of the health and the doctor can actually provide some consultation and the doctor that does that actually earn

23:33our dein rewards as well and there are a lot of doctor have a lot of free time you know we call that in they do they go for part time we call them long term you know they just they just like oh I I'll sit in for two hours three hours so whenever they have free time they just like I'm online right now so they can just earn extra rewards uh and income

23:53from that's great to hear and normally when you have the traditional Healthcare System you have a personal health number or you know your identity all your records are attached in there is there a blockchain version of that uh there are a lot of people who try to do this that they want to like put their health record into the blockchain and then anywhere they go

24:19they can just so hey this is my did or NF or or my my record that I store on like uh Stratos file or whatever but this stage uh the medical industry will not recognize it because the moh work uh very differently because uh especially Hospital even though if you got a medical report from hospital a you can just do it like three days ago and you

24:46go to hospital B for treatment Hospital B will actually redo the whole assessment all together they won't they won't accept they will they will use it at reference oh this the case they will do your test again they will do your test again they do everything all over again number one if it's private is because the more procedures that do the more money they make that's number one

25:08if they if they acknowledge I should not spill the B but that's that the that's the that's the ugly truth of the industry is uh the the medical industry are controlled by capitalism which is very very sad uh medical industry medical should be free I mean in in my personal opinion and that's one thing another thing also so I understand why it's like this is because

25:31they cannot be using a record from another Medical Center to use it for their assessment because if that hospital or medical center did something uh wrong or maybe inacurate then this Hospital Pro proceed with certain procedures based on that report this will actually uh harm them in Long uh they potentially jeopardize their their treatment or they don't they don't want

25:58to treat someone differently or wrongly too right so uh they will actually do the procedure all over again uh and also not just hospital and Hospital different country have different way of assessing things maybe for example in America the consideration of highb pressure is at this level in Japan the consideration of highd pressure is at this level the consideration so every

26:25country M Mo Ministry of Health have their own standard of looking into all these things so uh you can put things on the blockchain you can particular store your health data on the blockchain but whether it's going to be useful or not it's going to be another thing a lot of people that are not from the industry they don't they don't understand this that they would

26:46like oh let's put everything there and then uh expecting uh it will it will goes well but it's going to be very tough unless uh one of my dream is uh uh I'm a de too right I've been investing for crypto so long uh the whole world government uh will be abolished there be no more government I I truly believe in one day it's going to be there's no more
